1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gift Wale Baba website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you are accessing on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2 Our Services

CorporateGyft is a B2B platform offering corporate gifting solutions including product sourcing, customization, branding and bulk delivery services across India. Our services include:

• Sourcing and supplying corporate gifting products
• Logo printing, engraving and product customization
• Bulk order fulfillment and dispatch
• Quotation, packaging and delivery coordination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3 Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an enquiry or submitting a form does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only after:

• A proforma invoice is issued and acknowledged
• The agreed advance payment is received
• Artwork or customization details are approved in writing

We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI and other agreed payment methods. All prices are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated.

CorporateGyft reserves the right to revise prices at any time before order confirmation. Prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the quotation.

4 Customization & Artwork

By submitting artwork or logos for customization, you confirm that:

• You own or have the legal right to use the submitted artwork
• The artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have reviewed and approved the digital proof provided before production

CorporateGyft is not liable for any errors in the final product if the digital proof was approved by the client. Minor colour variations between digital proofs and physical prints are normal and not considered defects.

5 Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product type, quantity, customization requirements and destination. Gift Wale Baba is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events or circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of quotation
• For multi-location deliveries, additional coordination time may be required

6 Cancellation & Refunds

Since most of our products involve customization, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund of the advance
• Cancellations after production has started are not eligible for refund
• Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
• Claims for damaged goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the CorporateGyft website including text, images, logos, product descriptions and design elements is the intellectual property of Gift Wale Baba or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

Client logos and artworks submitted for customization remain the property of the respective client. CorporateGyft will not use client branding for any purpose other than fulfilling the specific order.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gift Wale Baba shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Loss of business, revenue or data resulting from delays or service interruptions
• Errors in third-party logistics or courier services
• Any damage resulting from unauthorised access to our systems

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

9 Warranty Disclaimer

Our products and services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties beyond what is stated in our quotation or agreed in writing. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

10 User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in any form or enquiry
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit artwork or content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We encourage resolution of any disputes through mutual discussion before pursuing legal remedies.
